Must be proficient in Microsoft 365, Bluebeam, and navigating BIM models. Pay TBD.

BIM Project Assistant

Lea Electric in Meridian Idaho is expanding our workforce to include a BIM Project Assistant!
This position would best be suited for individuals familiar with Microsoft office Suite, Bluebeam, Basic Construction knowledge, ability to type, and a positive attitude and teamwork ethic. This positions reports directly to the BIM Director.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Assist project and account administrators by adding and removing project members, assigning roles, and managing project settings.
• Assist in maintaining project data, ensuring adherence to standards like Kobe, and preparing documentation for handover.
• Provide basic support and help for team members using software.
• Field solicitors who come to the office.
• Excel data entry.
• Website help.
• Perform periodic job walks to gain understanding of electrical.
• Photographs of high-profile job sites.
• Social Media help.
