Project Summary

Riveredge Student Living is located on a 4 acre site, within easy walking distance to Boise State University’s Campus. This development consists of a five-story, multi-family structure, approximately 347,000 sq ft in size. The ground floor level includes a lobby, residential amenities including a media room, fitness center, game room, computer lab and spa room as well as parking. The four upper floors house 175 student apartments.
