Project Summary

Downtown Boise’s first urban, mid-rise apartment community. Designed by Holst Architecture, The Fowler will offer 159 walkable, environmentally-friendly residences for those seeking access to the city’s creative and cultural amenities. The community will feature ground floor retail as well as live work units opening up onto 5th Street. The Fowler will have several unique amenities including a community roof garden, gym, business center, bike storage, and dog wash station.
